Importance of Parenting

A child grows without parents is so difficult in their part because no body is able to direct them into righteous path. Parents' supervision and presence have the biggest contribution to child's character and personality. In their presence, they can guide them to right from wrong. They also help to build the child's manner, to love their neighbor and to know God. With the parents also, children are able to dream big, to have ambitions and succeed in their lives. When parents are away from their child, be sure that the child grows with someone who can provide proper guidance. Guardianship is so difficult today, because you could not seek a tutelager that influences your child with good upbringing. Being a role model to the child is a factor to raise them with excellent stand and nature.

Some children that live with rascal, vicious and problematic parents or guardians may adapt the actions and vices they do. Some children grew, having with these kind of people and guardianship, are prone to criminal involvement, become activists, no future and scoundrel individuals. They will become the least people in the society having lack of love and caring. Children with their parents who are not concerned about their future and health provoke them to hate and curse them. Abolishing responsibilities and undertakings to them can be encored when they produce their own family in the future. The same situation they acquire now may be passed down to their children later on. This is the most problem that the world is facing now. Abandoning children, lack of love and caring, abortion and other misleading acts that could trigger hatred in their heart against the world and people, lowering their dignity to commit unlawful acts and crimes.

The only cure to cease these children from raising up to these points is parents' intervention and love. Like the piece of advice Mother Teresa given in her speech when a member of the audience, who seemingly wanted to assist her in her great work, asked her, “You have done so much to make the world a better place. What can we do?” Mother Teresa smiled and simply said, “Love your children.” Not pleased with her answer, the questioner was about to speak again when she raised her hand and said, “There are other things you can do, but that is the best. Love your children. Love your children as much as you can. That is the best.” It was amazing to hear that from Mother Teresa. Loving our children has great impact to the world. The revolutions and crimes and hatred will be dilapidated, and love will be reigning. And the greatest of all is to show them that God is always with them, to guide them and never let go even in the darkest hour of their lives. Children with God's love and presence achieve love in return, peace and joy in their heart.
